Frequently asked questions:

1. Q: What is a holistic approach to healing?

A: A holistic approach to healing refers to a perspective that considers the entire person, including their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being when addressing health issues. Rather than simply treating symptoms or specific conditions, a holistic approach seeks to address the underlying causes of illness and disease, with the goal of promoting overall wellness and balance in the individual.

2. Q: What makes the Body Talk healthcare system different from other alternative medicine methods?

A: Body Talk is a unique alternative healthcare system that uses the principles of energy medicine and the body's innate healing ability to address physical, emotional, and mental imbalances. Unlike other methods of alternative medicine, Body Talk does not rely on a specific technique or modality, but instead uses a holistic approach to identify and address the root cause of the health issue.

In a Body Talk session, the practitioner uses muscle testing and a series of non-invasive techniques to communicate with the body's innate wisdom and identify imbalances or blockages in the body's energy system. The practitioner then uses various techniques to restore balance and optimize the body's natural healing processes.

3. Q: What kind of problem Body Talk is effective for?

A: Body Talk is effective for a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental health issues, including:

  1. Chronic pain and inflammation

  2. Digestive disorders

  3. Allergies and sensitivities

  4. Headaches and migraines

  5. Hormonal imbalances

  6. Immune system disorders

  7. Stress-related conditions, such as anxiety and depression

  8. Insomnia and sleep disorders

  9. Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  10. Learning disabilities and attention deficit disorders

Body Talk can also be used to optimize overall health and well-being, improve sports performance, and enhance personal and professional relationships. Additionally, Body Talk can be used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments to support and enhance the body's natural healing processes.

4. Q: How long are your sessions?

A: The sessions typically last 40 minutes or an hour long. During each session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns with the therapist, who will then create a unique formula for tapping out to initiate the healing process. The process is non-invasive and safe for people of all ages.

 5. Q: Do you offer online consultations?

A: Online consultations are available via Zoom, WhatsApp, and Viber platforms. However, they need to be booked in advance.

6. Q: What should I expect during my first appointment?

A: During your first Body Talk appointment, the practitioner will discuss your health concerns and use muscle testing to identify imbalances in your energy system. They will then use non-invasive techniques to restore balance and optimize the body's natural healing processes. The session is relaxing and non-invasive, and the practitioner may recommend exercises or lifestyle changes to support the healing process.

7. Q: How often should I book treatment or sessions?

A: The frequency of Body Talk sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Your practitioner will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan and recommend the appropriate frequency of sessions. Generally, starting with several sessions close together is recommended, followed by less frequent sessions to maintain overall wellness.

8. Q: How much does the session typically cost?

A: The price of the session is R450. Discount rates or packages for multiple sessions are available.

9. Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

10. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: You can either pay in cash on the day of the treatment or use prepaid electronic funds transfer (EFT) before the treatment.
