Чого очікувати на сесії

Embarking on a BodyTalk or Reiki session is a step toward holistic healing and well-being. Here's what you can anticipate during your time with me:

 

**1. Initial Consultation**

 

We begin with a brief discussion to understand your health concerns, goals, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on. This conversation helps tailor the session to your individual needs.

**2. Creating a Comfortable Environment**The session takes place in a serene, quiet space designed to promote relaxation. You'll be invited to lie down on a comfortable treatment table, fully clothed, with a blanket or pillow provided for added comfort. Soft lighting and calming music may be used to enhance the peaceful atmosphere.

 

**3. The Healing Process**-

 

**BodyTalk Sessions:**

 

I will use gentle tapping techniques on specific points of your body to stimulate energy flow and communication between the body's systems. This non-invasive approach aims to identify and address imbalances, promoting self-healing and balance.

**Reiki Sessions:**

 

I will place my hands lightly on or just above various areas of your body, focusing on energy centers known as chakras. Reiki is a non-invasive practice that works with your body's natural ability to restore balance and harmony.

 

**4. Sensations You May Experience**

 

During the session, you might feel:- Warmth or coolness from the practitioner's hands- Gentle tingling or pulsing energy- Deep relaxation- Emotional release, such as tears or a sense of lightness- No physical sensations at allThese experiences vary from person to person and are a natural part of the healing process.

 

**5. Closing the Session**

 

Once the healing process is complete, I will gently guide you back to full awareness. We may take a few moments to discuss your experience and address any questions you might have.

 

**6. Post-Session Care**

 

After the session, it's beneficial to:- Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins released during the session- Rest if you feel tired- Journal about any thoughts or emotions that arise- Continue practicing self-care in whatever way feels best for youThese practices support the integration of the healing energy and enhance the overall benefits of the session.
